By using Afrostylists, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms apply to customers, stylists, and training attendees who browse, book, purchase, or sign up through the platform.
Afrostylists helps customers discover stylists, book appointments, buy products, and sign up for training sessions. We may update, refine, or remove features at any time to improve the service.
Customers may be asked to pay a booking fee or other required amount at the point of booking. Final service payments, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled according to the booking flow shown at checkout and in the customer dashboard.
Product listings, pricing, stock levels, shipping details, and returns information are shown on the relevant product pages. Orders may be canceled or refunded where required by law or where Afrostylists approves the request.
Training sessions may be virtual or in person. Spaces can be limited, and Afrostylists may close sign-up when a session is full. Attendance records may be kept for administrative and professional record purposes.
Stylists are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, availability, payout details, service delivery, and any information they provide through the platform. Afrostylists may review, approve, suspend, or remove stylist accounts where needed.
You must not misuse the platform, submit false information, interfere with bookings or payments, upload unlawful material, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data.
Afrostylists works to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking, order, or training transaction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Afrostylists after an update means you accept the revised terms.
